Botvinia cold green vegetable soup recipe
Russian Recipe Ingredients:
1 ea cucumber enormous, stripped, halved,seeded, and diced
1 1/2 lb spinach leaves new, washed
6 tb new lemon juice
1 1/2 lb roan leaves, new
3 tb horseradish root, new - ground
1 t salt 3/4 ts sugar
1/2 lb crab meat
1 1/2 lb poached sturgeon, in 1" Computers.
or then again
1 1/2 lb poached whitefish in 1" Computers.
1 c scallions cut 1/4 c onion slashed
1 ea garlic clove minced 2 oz vodka
1 1/2 qt lager - or -
1 1/2 qt kvas
Russian Recipe Instructions :
Bubble 3 quarts of water in an enormous container.
While bubbling energetically add the spinach and the roan.
Cook revealed at a lively bubble for 6-8 minutes. channel water off, wash vegetables in cool water, then, at that point, puree in blender. cool to room temperature.
Join different fixings in bowl, with the exception of the lager and vodka.
