Svitanak (Chicken Kotlety from Byelorussian cuisine) Recipe 

Russian Recipe Ingredients:

1 lb chicken filet
3 oz cheddar
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 ea garlic cloves
1 ea egg
3 oz dried and finely ground bread-scraps
4 tbsp margarine
salt

Russian Recipe Instructions :
